Management Development Programme for AFL Seniors
Following the “symbolic unveiling of AFL” the seniors of the Company attended a Management Development Programme at David Pieris Group auditorium followed by a day of networking and fellowship at Jie Jie Beach by Jetwing.
The management development programme was designed to sharpen and strengthen their leadership skills particularly aimed at meeting the expanded roles and responsibilities they would need to shoulder with the change to a finance company.
Participants including Heads of Branches, Regional Heads – Sales and Marketing, Regional Heads- Recovery, Regional Credit Controllers and Regional Accountants were also trained on potential challenges and how to overcome them.
