• Cargills Food City will be setting up it’s newest supermarket at Talawatugoda Road, Hokandara at a property owned by DPMC Assetline Holdings (Pvt.) Limited. The supermarket will be operational by latter part of 2021. The property was acquired in 2020 as a long-term investment property by DPMC Assetline Holdings (Pvt.) Limited.
• Ceymed Hospital Services (Pvt.) Limited will be setting up their latest & landmark medical center at a centrally located building with ample parking area owned by DPMC Assetline Holdings (Pvt.) Limited situated at No. 140 & 142, S. De S. Jayasinghe Mawatha, Nugegoda. The new facility with 16,500 sq ft will be operational by early 2022. The property was acquired by DPMC Assetline Holdings (Pvt.) Limited in December 2020 as a long-term investment property.
